Yesterday I skated in two periods. Skated lightly in the first, then a bit more with Jabari and Shawn. The second session was a lot more fun due to being with my friends, and I pushed myself a bit more: I was trying to avoid popping with lots of pressure on my front knee, so I did a lot of tricks that I don't usually do, such as skating fakie and trying boardslides on the bench.

I have been concerned about overusing my body. After the first session I took a break, and when I attempted to start to skate again my knees felt swollen/inflamed.
